What locations do you service?
We are based out of Churchville, NY and are happy to service all of Rochester and the surrounding areas.
What services do you offer?
Our company specializes in work involving heavy equipment and landscape maintenance. Skidsteer, excavator and tractor projects such as grading, clearing, excavation, stone work; the delivery of materials such as topsoil, stone, mulch, etc. or removal of brush, dirt, rock, leaf, small tree or bush, stump, etc.
We DO offer weeding, edging, trimming, mulching, lawn rolling, post hole digging, rototilling.
We DO NOT offer lawn mowing. We DO NOT offer snow plowing. We DO NOT offer lawn care services involving live plant or plant health, nor any lawn chemical, fertilization, hydro seeding, or weed control applications.

How do I get an estimate?
Give us a Call, Text, Email, Facebook Message or fill out our Contact Form. Once we get your message with details about your project, we will set up a site visit.
What is the BEST WAY to contact you?
You will get the QUICKEST response if you fill out the CONTACT FORM, send an EMAIL or TEXT MESSAGE!
If you do not hear from us within 24-48 hours, please reach out via an alternate method as occasionally incoming requests are flagged as spam.
When can I expect my estimate?
We will do our best to get it to you ASAP! You can expect to receive your estimate within a few days after our site visit. More complex projects may take additional time. If you have not received email communication within 3 or 4 days please check your spam folder or send us a text message!
What if I need to make changes?
Please let us know ASAP if changes are needed. It is important for scheduling purposes to have an accurate plan. Depending where we are in the process, we are happy to update your estimate or add on while on-site, if possible.
Of course, additions to the service details (labor, materials, etc.) beyond what is noted on the estimate may result in additional charges to your final invoice. Please note that not all on-site additions can be accommodated the same day and any removal of labor or materials must be made prior to signing the contract agreement.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, we’re insured! If your project requires proof of coverage please let us know & we are happy to provide a certificate of insurance.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept check, venmo, zelle, or paypal. We can also accept visa, mastercard, or discover credit cards. Your estimate will show both check and credit pricing.
We NO LONGER accept cash payments!
Any returned checks will incur a $25 fee.
When are payments due?
We require a 50% deposit to get your project scheduled. Your final balance is due on the day of completion!
*We MUST have your 50% deposit to schedule your project. Please understand we CANNOT provide any exceptions.
If the balance is not paid in full within 24 hours of project completion, there will be a 10% late fee for every week the total balance is unpaid.
How soon will you be able to start my project?
Reach out for the most up-to-date availability! We will get you a tentative project start date once we receive your 50% deposit and signed contract agreement. Scheduling is done on a first come first serve basis.
Do I need to be there while work is performed?
You do not need to be present for the duration of the project. However, we prefer that you’re around when we arrive to answer any last minute questions, but it is not entirely necessary as long as we can contact you if needed.
We DO wish for you to be present when we conclude the project in order to be sure all looks as you expected before leaving. We will keep you in the loop as far as our expected arrival time and when we believe we will be finishing up.
Will you call UDig NY?
Yes! If your project involves digging, we are required by law to contact UDig NY (formerly DigSafe NY) prior to your project start date. We will contact them & need a minimum of 3 business days for utilities to be marked. In the case of a delay on their approval, we will be in touch.
Do I need a permit for my project?
Every town has different requirements. Please check with your building inspector and town code enforcement office in regards to any permits that may be required for your project. Customer is responsible for obtaining permits and paying any associated fees that are required.
