Ken & Emily

We are a husband and wife team that lives and works in the Western New York area. We have a rich history in property improvements and over the years have spent much of our time learning and growing within the field.

In 2015 we purchased our first home which was a foreclosed disaster. We spent countless hours bringing that property back to life. Although we designed and improved it with the intention to stay long term, our future plans didn’t allow us to flourish there.

In 2019 we purchased two rental properties that were in much need of rehab. Along the way, we encountered major improvement projects which has vastly expanded our knowledge.

That same year, we also purchased land to start building our dream home. This is something we did ourselves from the ground up.

Despite major setbacks and delays from the covid19 pandemic, the addition of our four beautiful babies, and a busy workload for our woodworking business; We finished up our residential new build & have been enjoying the home we built from scratch!

Through our property improvement adventures we’ve gained tons of knowledge and experience (and equipment) from doing our own work, as well as some side jobs, and are excited to enter into our second full year of regularly offering services to others!

We are now accepting inquiries for landscape and outdoor property improvement projects and are excited to see where this journey takes us!
